Fees: Please contact us for our daily rate, per child.  All childcare services must be prepaid; payment is due by 5pm on Friday prior to the week care is provided.

If your child is absent on a day that is reserved for them, we do not refund the days tuition.  Our prices do not vary based on number of days enrolled per week, or the age of your child.

Drop off care is available when prearranged.  We do accept DHS payments, please call Linda for further information.

Transportation: Our center does not offer transportation to or from school or preschool; we are unable to accommodate bus drop offs or pick ups.

Food: Children are served breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack as long as they are present during the regularly scheduled meal times.

NaptimeOur childcare program feels that rest is essential for the health and well being of each child.  Each child is expected to rest on a cot or in a playpen.  Cots are provided by the daycare, while approved playpens with sheets must be provided by the parents.

Holidays:  To ensure our staff receives the rest they deserve, our center is closed on the following holidays:   New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the following Friday, Christmas Eve,  and Christmas Day.  Payment is required for holidays if they fall on a day when your child is normally in attendance. Each year depending on how the holiday falls, the center may be closed at no charge to you the week between Christmas and New Years.

Provider Vacation:  ABC's and 123's will be closed at no charge to you, for two weeks each summer so that Ms Linda and staff can schedule time to be with their families.  These weeks vary each year and may fall back to back.   You will be given several months notice so you can arrange for alternate care.
Sick Policy:  To keep all of our enrolled children healthy, we do not provide care for children who are contagious.  A child with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea , thick nasal drainage, pink eye, or an unexplained rash, will be sent home. In order to return with symptoms still present, they must have a doctor's note stating that those particular symptoms are not contagious.  We are careful to wash the children's hands and maintain a clean environment.
Toys from home:  We only allow children to bring toys from home if they use them as a comfort item at nap time.  The rest of the day the toys will be kept in their cubby.
Daily Needs:  Parents should supply a change of clothes for each child regardless of their age.  Parents of infants and toddlers are required to provide diapers and wipes.  Your child will have a busy day so please make sure they are well rested upon arrival.
